Queen’s University Belfast is one of the leading UK Universities and a member of the Russell group of research-intensive Universities. The department of Creative Arts includes researchers engaged in all aspects of digital moving image and sound research.
The newly founded Institute for Collaborative Research in the Humanities draws together research from the Schools of Creative Arts, English, History and Anthropology, and Modern Languages as well as offering links to a range of local industrial partners including BBC Northern Ireland and NI Screen. QUB brings relevant expertise in focus group work, user testing, exhibition development, project review and dissemination and will contribute to the EUscreenXL project in these areas.
