FRAME Tech 2019

FRAME Tech is a 5 days training course organised by INA for audiovisual archivists who would like to expand and deepen their knowledge of their working domain. Through a methodological and technical approach, FRAME Tech provides an overview of an archive’s role, focused on physical assets management, digitization and digital objects preservation.

DAY 1: Participants’ projects presentation / The new challenges of audiovisual archives management / Acquisition of digital born archives
DAY 2: Digitization of audiovisual carriers: methodology and presentation of digitisation workshops
DAY 3: Digital Asset Management systems
DAY 4: Digital preservation / Preventive conservation of audiovisual carriers
DAY 5: Case studies: innovative usages in audiovisual preservation

Practical aspects
Full rate: EUR 1000 per participant (accommodation, local transport, and lunches during one week are included)

Scholarship rate: EUR 500 per participant (travel from the country of origin to the location of the training, accommodation, local transport, and lunches during one week are included)
